One of the nice things about this site is that I get to chat to lots of lovely people who appreciate the nerdier things in life. Last night I was contacted by MC Milk-Plus whose debut album ‘Geeksta UK’ is due out in May. I’d seen him mentioned on Frontalot’s site but hadn’t made the effort to look up any of his tracks. I’ve spent a bit of time this morning checking out the tracks available on his myspace and I’m loving his stuff! Ring Them Bells reminds me of German hip-hop group Die Fantastischen Vier and his summery and fresh sound and will sit happily next to Sublime in my iPod playlist….His voice does occasionally take on a bit of a Goldie Lookin’ Chain twang but that’s no bad thing.
Milk + is trying to unite the UK Nerdcore scene and introduce the masses to artists in the genre on his site – Check it out! It’s a great resource for Nerdcore downloads and has links to Nerdcore hip-hop old and new!
As ever, when I feel especially inspired by someone’s music I can’t help but immortalise them in duck form! (I can’t believe this is becoming a thing I do)

My projects are getting larger and larger. Felicia was a challenge but I decided to spend today working on a 12×12 inch Bowser to put up at work.
I’m very happy with this! It took 4 hours and I had some issues when ironing the areas where the boards joined, but I feel the finished product was worth it. Time to go for a well deserved drink!

Sorry I haven’t been around for a while. Christmas kept me hella busy, so I’ve barely had time to work on anything new for the site.
The good news is that I’ve got a load of new stuff which will be making its way onto the site over the coming days. Hurrah for time off work!
I’ve also simplified shipping as the previous tariffs worked out too expensive for those buying large quantities. I’m now shipping worldwide with only 3 simple prices:
UK – £2.50
Europe – £3.50
Everywhere else – £4.50
That’s it. It doesn’t matter what you buy – that’s all you’ll pay!
If you are buying a large quantity of items it can take a little longer for me to get everything made. I’m still handmaking every item to order so please let me know if you need something super fast for a birthday etc. So far I’ve been able to keep my promise of 2-3 day turnarounds but I’d hate to let someone down.
I’ve been happily working away and have come up with some new items. I’ve made some new sets of ghost and mushroom earrings/Necklaces! I really like these, I may have to get my ears pierced again so I can wear them out and about.
MC Lars complimented my Ghost necklace at his Manchester show which made my day! I’ll be going to see him again in March so I’m working on some bits and pieces for those shows.
I’ve also been wearing these to work most days
